Washburn schools has a fall plan in place.

WASHBURN – The School District of Washburn releases its plans for resuming classes. Parents and guardians will be able to choose from three options: Traditional which includes from 2 to 5 days in-class depending on grade; Virtual which is five-days-a-week of at-home learning; A blended option with both methods. There are separate plans for grades 4K through 6, middle school grades 7 and 8 and high school grades 9-12. Details are posted at the district’s website. Classes resume the week of Aug. 31 through Sept. 4. We should be getting a better idea on what the plan will be for schools on the Gogebic Range in the next week or so.
