Local and Regional COVID-19 Numbers

GOGEBIC / IRON COUNTY – The Michigan Department of Health is reporting 166 cases of COVID19 in Gogebic County an increase of 2 since yesterday. Ontonagon County with 45 unchanged since yesterday. While the Wisconsin Department of Health reports 149 cases in Iron County an increase of 5 since yesterday. As of yesterday afternoon there have been a total of 2,930 lab-confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the Upper Peninsula during this outbreak. Of those, at least 1,237 are considered recovered and 44 have resulted in death. Upper Michigan added 70 coronavirus cases Tuesday. The cumulative rate of positive diagnostic tests for Upper Michigan is 2.22%.
