TRAVERSE CITY, Mich. (AP) — Seven Midwestern states are teaming up to accelerate the development of hydrogen as a clean energy source. The Midwestern Hydrogen Coalition will include Michigan, Wisconsin and Minnesota. Hydrogen is used to power some cars, trucks and trains.
