Rudy Massi found dead in Gogebic County

GOGEBIC COUNTY – The Gogebic County man reported missing a week and a half ago has been found dead.  The Gogebic County Sheriff’s Office said in a press release yesterday that the body of 37-year-old Rudy Patrick Massi was found after the department received a tip at around 6:30 Monday night.  Deputies responded to the reported scene with the Ironwood Public Safety Department and Gogebic County Search and Rescue. Massi’s body was located just before 8:00 Monday night. Police did not say where Massi’s body was found specifically, his death is still under investigation, and an autopsy will be performed.  Massi was last seen alive on Bundy Street in Jessieville location of Ironwood on March 19.
