Reckless Driving fines going up

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The Wisconsin Senate has voted to double fines and forfeitures for reckless driving. The bipartisan bill will now go before Democratic Gov. Tony Evers, who has said he will sign it into law.  Under the bill, maximum fines for dangerous driving would increase to $400 for a first offense, and $1,000 for a subsequent offense.
