LAC DU FLAMBEAU – Public Forum to Be Held In Lac du Flambeau Tomorrow Night. Tomorrow night, the public will have a chance to weigh in on the situation between the town of Lac du Flambeau and the Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians. TheLakelandTimes reports town chairman Matt Gaulke says the meeting will be a listening session, the board has no plans to make any decision on the matter of the easements on tribal land on four roads, Annie Sunn Lane, Center Sugarbush Lane, East Ross Allen Lake Lane and Elsie Lake Lane. The special town meeting will be held in the school auditorium, and if necessary, will move to the school gym to accommodate all who wish to attend. The meeting will start at 5:30 pm tomorrow evening.
