Power outages Friday Night

BESSEMER- Power outages affected parts of the Gogebic Range Friday night.  Anvil location as well as Ramsey areas were affected.  The power outage lasted for a little more than an hour Friday.  Right around the same time police and ambulance crews were called to the intersection of Puritan Road and US-2 right in front of the big skier on US-2.  It appears a car was T-boned while pulling out onto the highway and then struck a utility pole.  The female occupant of the vehicle was transported to the hospital by Beacon Ambulance.
