MARENISCO TOWNSHIP — The Search for a new police chief in Marenisco Township Continues. The Marenisco Township Board of Trustees approved allowing Supervisor Bruce Mahler to post a new advertisement to invite applicants for the full-time position of Chief of Police position. Applicants must have current Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards certification and ability to be licensed to be considered for employment. The person hired will work “a minimum 40-hour week.
