Local and Regional COVID numbers.

GOGEBIC / IRON COUNTY –The Michigan Department of Health reporting 1387 COVID 19 cases in Gogebic County no increase since yesterday.  Ontonagon County with 534 cases no increase since yesterday.  The Wisconsin Department of Health reports 715 cases in Iron County an increase of 4 cases since yesterday. Health officials in Michigan report 7,108 newly confirmed cases of COVID-19 Tuesday and Wednesday, with 135 newly reported deaths.  68.4% of Michigan residents age 16 and older have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine as of October 19.  The Wisconsin Department of Health Services reports 2,169 new cases of COVID-19 on Thursday, with 19 new deaths.  57.5% of the total population has received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine as of October 21. 54.8% of eligible residents have completed the vaccination series.
