Local and Regional COVID numbers

GOGEBIC / IRON COUNTY –The Michigan Department of Health reporting 1156 COVID 19 cases in Gogebic County.  That number unchanged since yesterday.  Ontonagon County with 461 that’s unchanged since yesterday.  The Wisconsin Department of Health reports 616 cases in Iron County an increase of another 1 case.  Health officials in Michigan report 5,020 confirmed cases of COVID-19 over the weekend, with 27 newly reported deaths.  65.8% of Michigan residents aged 16 and older have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine as of August 30.  The Wisconsin Department of Health Services reports 2,098 new cases of COVID-19 on Tuesday, with 15 new deaths.  65.5% of Wisconsin adults have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine as of August 31. 62% of Wisconsin adults have completed the vaccination series.
