Local and Regional COVID cases

GOGEBIC / IRON COUNTY –The Michigan Department of Health reporting 1139 COVID 19 cases in Gogebic County.  That number unchanged since before the weekend.  Ontonagon County with 452 cases that number is an increase of 4 cases since yesterday after an increase of 10 over the weekend.  The Wisconsin Department of Health reports 612 cases in Iron County an increase of 1 since yesterday.  Health officials in Michigan report 3,820 confirmed cases of COVID-19 from Saturday through Monday, with 10 newly reported deaths.  65.2% of Michigan residents have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine as of August 22.  The Wisconsin Department of Health Services reports 769 new cases of COVID-19 on Monday, with one new death.  53.9% of Wisconsin residents have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine as of August 23. 50.7% have completed the series.
