Local and Regional COVID-19 numbers.

GOGEBIC / IRON COUNTY –The Michigan Department of Health is reported 757 cases of COVID19 in Gogebic County an increase of 10 since yesterday.  Ontonagon County with 285 cases this morning an increase of 2 since yesterday. The Wisconsin Department of Health reports 436 cases in Iron County an increase of 1 since yesterday. Health officials in Michigan report 2,694 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 on Wednesday. The total number of confirmed positive cases of COVID-19 across the state is 528,306. There were 32 deaths.  According to the MDHHS, there have been a total of 831,150 COVID-19 vaccinations administered in Michigan, the statewide case fatality rate is 2.6%.  The Wisconsin Department of Health Services reports 2,134 new cases of COVID-19 on Wednesday, with 37 new deaths. DHS says 7,427 people were tested in the last 24 hours.  According to WDHS, there have been a total of 176,165 COVID-19 vaccinations administered in Wisconsin.
