Local and Regional COVID-19 numbers

GOGEBIC / IRON COUNTY –The Michigan Department of Health is reporting 701 cases of COVID19 in Gogebic County as of this morning no increase since yesterday.  Ontonagon County with 274 cases no increase since yesterday. While the Wisconsin Department of Health reports 410 cases an increase of 4 from yesterday.  As of last night, there have been a total of 13,983 lab-confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the Upper Peninsula during this outbreak. Of those, at least 8,987 are considered recovered and 353 have resulted in death.  The seven-day average for positive tests in the U.P. sits at 4.7%.  In Michigan, 3,082 new cases were added yesterday with 173 deaths were reported.
