GOGEBIC / IRON COUNTY –The Michigan Department of Health reporting 1088 cases of COVID19 in Gogebic County no change since Wednesday. Ontonagon County with 426 cases unchanged since Tuesday. The Wisconsin Department of Health reports 604 cases in Iron County an increase of 4, the first increase in more than a week. Health officials in Michigan report 2,605 confirmed cases of COVID-19 on Tuesday, with 26 deaths. 63.8% of Michigan residents have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine as of August 3. Michigan now only updates their COVID data twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays. The Wisconsin Department of Health Services reports 1,573 new cases of COVID-19 on Thursday, with three new deaths. 52.4% of Wisconsin residents have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine as of August 5. 49.6% have completed the series.
