Local and Regional COVID-19 numbers

GOGEBIC / IRON COUNTY –The Michigan Department of Health is reported 1034 cases of COVID19 in Gogebic County an increase of 1 since yesterday.  Ontonagon County with 409 no change since Wednesday. The Wisconsin Department of Health reports 580 cases in Iron County no change since Wednesday.   Health officials in Michigan report 1,372 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 on Thursday, with 74 deaths.  According to the MDHHS, there have been a total of 7,957,541 COVID-19 vaccinations administered in Michigan.  Gogebic County 22 deaths, Ontonagon County 20 deaths since the start of the pandemic.  44% of Michiganders have been vaccinated.    The Wisconsin Department of Health Services reports 448 new cases of COVID-19 on Thursday, with two new deaths.  According to WDHS, there have been a total of 4,953,257 COVID-19 vaccinations administered in Wisconsin.  40% of Wisconsinites have completed the vaccine series.  Iron County 21 deaths since the start of the pandemic.
