Local and Regional COVID-19 numbers

GOGEBIC / IRON COUNTY –The Michigan Department of Health is reported 996 cases of COVID19 in Gogebic County an increase of 1 since yesterday.  Ontonagon County with 390 no increase since yesterday. The Wisconsin Department of Health reports 571 cases no increase since Wednesday. Health officials in Michigan report 8,574 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 over Sunday and Monday with 61 deaths.  According to the MDHHS, there have been a total of 5,982,041 COVID-19 vaccinations administered in Michigan.  Nearly 31% of Michigan residents have been fully vaccinated.  The Wisconsin Department of Health Services reports 805 new cases of COVID-19 on Tuesday, with eight new deaths.  According to WDHS, there have been a total of 3,920,796 COVID-19 vaccinations administered in Wisconsin.  28.1% of Wisconsinites have completed the vaccine series.
