Local and Regional COVID-19 numbers.

GOGEBIC / IRON COUNTY –The Michigan Department of Health is reported 982 cases of COVID19 in Gogebic County an increase of 5 from Friday.  Ontonagon County with 380 an increase of 2 from Friday. The Wisconsin Department of Health reports 570 cases unchanged since last Wednesday. Health officials in Michigan report 6,892 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 on Saturday with 74 deaths.   According to the MDHHS, there have been a total of 5,132,443 COVID-19 vaccinations administered in Michigan.  The Wisconsin Department of Health Services reports 569 new cases of COVID-19 on Sunday, with one new death.  According to WDHS, there have been a total of 3,526,847 COVID-19 vaccinations administered in Wisconsin.  37.3% of Wisconsin residents have received at least one dose of vaccine.  However, daily case counts have also been on the rise over the past two weeks.
