Local and Regional COVID-19 case numbers.

GOGEBIC / IRON COUNTY –The Michigan Department of Health is reported 995 cases of COVID19 in Gogebic County an increase of 1 since yesterday.  Ontonagon County with 390 an increase of another 2 since yesterday. The Wisconsin Department of Health reports 571 cases no increase since Wednesday. Health officials in Michigan report 8,574 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 over Sunday and Monday with 61 deaths.  According to the MDHHS, there have been a total of 5,982,041 COVID-19 vaccinations administered in Michigan.  Nearly 31% of Michigan residents have been fully vaccinated.  The Wisconsin Department of Health Services reports 373 new cases of COVID-19 on Monday, with one new death.  According to WDHS, there have been a total of 3,888,870 COVID-19 vaccinations administered in Wisconsin. 27.7% of Wisconsinites have completed the vaccine series.
