Ironwood gets ready for the Holidays

IRONWOOD – Ironwood Dresses Up for the Holidays. The Downtown Ironwood Development Authority is preparing to decorate the city for the holidays. In the few weeks, it will be beginning to look a lot like the holidays in Ironwood. The Department of Public Works will once again be putting lighted wreaths on the 79 light posts in the city after taking down the flags from the light posts just in time for Thanksgiving. In addition, the Santa’s Wreath Company in Gile sent a 10-foot-tall lighted Christmas wreath as a thank you for the city’s annual business.
