Gas prices start the week lower

IRONWOOD – Gas prices in Michigan decreased 3 cents compared to a week ago, while Ironwood drivers continue to enjoy below average prices to start the new work week. Michigan drivers are paying $3.32 per gallon on average statewide for regular unleaded fuel. This price is 4 cents more than this time last month and a $1.37 more than this time last year. Most expensive price in Michigan is in Marquette and in the Central U.P. at $3.40 the lowest is in downstate Grand Rapids at $3.22 with Ironwood prices at $3.28 a gallon as of this morning.
