Ice Storm WARNING

ICE STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING TO 1 PM CDT WEDNESDAY… A strong low-pressure system will bring accumulating snow, mixed wintry precipitation of sleet, snow, freezing rain and rain, very strong winds, and a chance of thunderstorms this afternoon and tonight. Some of the storms could contain some small hail. There could be up to a quarter to a half inch of ice accumulations tonight. Total snow accumulations of up to one inch possible on the Gogebic Range with much higher snow totals of up to 8 inches along the North Shore of Minnesota.
