Hurley Northstars earning a trip to state!

HURLEY – The Hurley Girls Softball team getting a hero’s welcome back to Hurley yesterday after winning in Athens yesterday earning a trip to the State Tournament.  Fire trucks, police with lights flashing and Hurley NorthStar fans greeted the team as they arrived back to Northern Iron County.  The Hurley Northstars now travel to the state tournament in Green Bay this Monday.  The game will most likely be played sometime in the morning, if they win, they will pay another game that afternoon.  We will be traveling with the time and will bring you the games on OLDIES 102.9.
