SAXON – Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers was in the area at Saxon Harbor to deliver an address during the Saxon Harbor Reconstruction Dedication Ceremony on Friday. Evers appeared with several other state and county officials to dedicate the harbor facility that was destroyed in a June 11, 2016, flash flood that claimed the life of 56-year-old Mitchell Koski, of Montreal. The approximately $14 million harbor project was possible with a combination of federal and state emergency funds and local contributions and was completed last year.
