Gogebic County VSU needing volunteers

BESSEMER – Volunteer Training for Victim Services Slated for This Weekend. The Gogebic County Victim Services Unit is still seeking volunteers. The unit responds to requests for service locally as well as requests in Iron County. Volunteers go through intensive training and then train on the job with a seasoned volunteer. Applicants must have a clean record, valid driver’s license, and the time to volunteer and attend monthly meetings. A training session is scheduled for the 15th through the 17th.
