Fatal Accident near the Iron / Ashland County Line.

ODANAH – An investigation is underway into a fatal car crash near the Iron Ashland County line near Bad River reservation yesterday. Police say 21-year-old Mahzhaquad M. Ford was killed in the one-car accident on Birch Hill Road in the Township of Sanborn just south of Highway 2. The car went off the roadway and landed in the woods. Ford was pronounced dead at the scene. According to investigators, there are three juveniles who are considered persons of interest and they turned themselves in Thursday afternoon.
