IRONWOOD – Work on the Civic Center Almost Done. Ironwood may soon be able to take temporary occupancy of the Pat O’Donnell Civic Center, according to reports given at the last City Commission meeting. Although there is still a final list of items to be completed, the city may be able to move in, in early July. The city will need a temporary certificate of occupancy from the insurance company that covers the building. The board is also waiting on a determination of what portions of the arena floor painting will be paid for by the insurance company and by the civic center.
