Bessemer new Welcome signs

BESSEMER – New signs welcome visitors and residents to Bessemer with a design that gives a nod to Bessemer’s past.  The sign features Bessemer’s new logo with B E highlighted in a blue and red box and a nod to the past with a frame hold the new sign designed to look like a railroad bridge frame to reflect the city’s rich railroad history set on a formed concrete base.  For now both new and old signs are side by side with the old sign set to be removed soon.
