Bessemer Library annual Gingerbread house event is coming.

BESSEMER – The Bessemer Public Library is holding its annual Gingerbread House Event – but with a twist due to COVID-19. Library officials say the 9th annual event will be virtual for 2020 and residents are invited to stop by the library on the bottom floor in the Bessemer City Hall building between now and Dec. 12 to pick up a free gingerbread house kit to assemble at home. Then post a picture of your creation on the library’s Facebook page to show everyone what you made.
