IRONWOOD – A date is now set for the start of Ironwood’s marijuana ordinance. The City Commission approved Nov. 10 as the date when applications will be accepted for marijuana micro-businesses, retail, processors, various classes of growers, safety compliance facilities and secure transporters. That date is one day after the end of Ironwood’s option-out ordinance. The Commission is also working to enact a marijuana nuisance ordinance and may consider it at its meeting next month.
