IRONWOOD – WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM CDT TODAY TO MIDNIGHT 11 PM CDT TONIGHT… South to south-southeasterly winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. Higher wind gusts will be possible, especially from western Gogebic County into the spine of the Keweenaw Peninsula, and the central U.P. Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. It may also be more difficult to operate a high-profile vehicle within the strongest wind gusts.
