More traditional Graduation in Bessemer this year

BESSEMER – In person Graduation Plans Set for Bessemer School District. At their regular monthly meeting, the Bessemer Area School Board on Monday evening announced that senior graduation has been set for May 27, the Friday before Memorial Day. The students were polled and said they’d like to hold an indoor ceremony, so the weather is not a worry and with area numbers being lower, neither is COVID-19. The graduation ceremony is scheduled for 7:30 in the evening.
