GOGEBIC / IRON COUNTY –The Michigan Department of Health is reported 1043 cases of COVID19 in Gogebic County no increase since Monday. Ontonagon County with 421 no increase since last Wednesday. The Wisconsin Department of Health reports 584 cases in Iron County an increase of 1 since yesterday. Health officials in Michigan report 182 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 on Tuesday, with 26 deaths. According to the MDHHS, there have been a total of 8,755,222 COVID-19 vaccinations administered in Michigan. The statewide case fatality rate is 2.2%. 50% of Michiganders have completed their vaccination series. The Wisconsin Department of Health Services reports 125 new cases of COVID-19 on Tuesday, with two new deaths. According to WDHS, there have been a total of 5,382,350 COVID-19 vaccinations administered in Wisconsin. 44.5% of Wisconsinites have completed the vaccine series.
