Local and regional COVID-19 numbers

GOGEBIC / IRON COUNTY –The Michigan Department of Health is reporting 468 cases of COVID19 in Gogebic County an increase of 21 since Friday.  Ontonagon County with 211 cases and increase of 8 since Friday. While the Wisconsin Department of Health reports 299 cases in Iron County an increase of 17 since Friday. As of Saturday night there have been a total of 9,154 lab-confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the Upper Peninsula during this outbreak. Of those, at least 4,084 are considered recovered and 181 have resulted in death.  The seven-day average for positive tests in the U.P. sits at 12.8%.
