WUPHD Hope Survey

BESSEMER – The Western U.P Health Department is encouraging residents in the Western U.P. to fill out a survey on what is needed for mental health resources in the Western U.P. The Hope Survey is designed to determine the needs of the community for mental health resources, support for families and education within the community. All residents of the western UP (Keweenaw, Houghton, Baraga, Ontonagon, and Gogebic counties) are encouraged to participate.
