Ewen woman arrested on meth charges

A Ewen woman arrested on meth charges by the Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team entered a plea as part of a plea agreement Monday in Ontonagon County Circuit Court. Angeliqe Batchelder pleaded guilty to one count of delivery of meth. A second count of the same charge was dismissed as part of the agreement. She was arrested with 29-year-old Keith Raymond last August by UPSET. Agents from UPSET, Homeland Security Investigations and Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, conducted an investigation in Ewen on August 13. A sentencing date is set for March 13.
