Trail conditions best of the season

IRONWOOD / MERCER – Still lots of good riding left in this year’s snowmobiling season…The Mercer Area Snow-Goers report that with the recent fresh snow, trails in the area are the best they’ve been all season long. The trail system is open and will remain open through the 31st unless conditions make trails unrideable. Another predicted 10 inches is expected this week, and the Snow-Goers as well as the White Thunder Riders will continue to groom until trails close. The Gogebic Range Trail Authority saying trail conditions for this time of the year are amazing, with Grooming operations continuing. The Lake Gogebic trails also in Good to Excellent condition in the most part with more snow on the way later this week and into this weekend.
