Local and regional COVID-19 cases.

GOGEBIC / IRON COUNTY - The Michigan Department of Health is reporting 144 cases of COVID19 in Gogebic County this is the 4^th day in a row without an increase. Ontonagon County with 41 cases no increase since last Friday. While the Wisconsin Department of Health reports 136 cases in Iron County no increase since the middle of last week. As of last night, there have been a total of 1,840 lab-confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the Upper Peninsula during this outbreak. Of those, at least 990 are considered recovered and 26 have resulted in death. Upper Michigan added 93 coronavirus cases Thursday. COVID-19 hospitalizations, out of the 10 U.P. hospitals and health systems reporting, show 18 COVID-19 patients in Upper Michigan as of yesterday. Eight of those patients are in the ICU. Aspirus hospitals have three hospitalized patients, with none in the ICU.
