Winter Storm bearing down on Wisconsin and Michigan

IRONWOOD – A large winter storm is bearing down on much of the Country.  WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM CST THIS EVENING… with a BLIZZARD WARNING R IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM CST THIS EVENING for Ashland and Bayfield Counties…Additional snow accumulations of 6 to 9 inches and Winds gusting as high as 35 to 45 mph expected.  Road conditions continue to deteriorate.  In Northern Wisconsin and the UP roads are all open but snow covered and slippery.  Use caution if traveling today.  Xcel Energy not reporting any area power outages as of yet, but have additional crews on standby.
