Two New County Buildings to Be Built in Bayfield County.

BAYFIELD COUNTY – Two New County Buildings to Be Built in Bayfield County. Almost a million dollars in federal grants will be used to replace a couple of county buildings in Bayfield. The Daily Press says County Administrator Mark Abeles-Allison said the structures in Cable and Grand View were originally built before World War II. The Cable garage is one of five county highway garages that are used to maintain state and county highway in Bayfield County. The Grand View building is mainly used by the Sheriff’s Department and Emergency Management. The Cable garage is first priority, but it is hoped that both will be completed this year.
