NORTHERN WISCONSIN – The Duluth Builder’s Exchange is accepting applications for its Apprenticeship Scholarship. New workers entering the construction industry are eligible to apply for $500 vouchers for tools and equipment. Applicants must be entering the first or second year of a trade apprenticeship program and must live in Ashland or Bayfield counties locally and must be affiliated with one of 15 trade unions.
