Local and Regional COVID numbers

GOGEBIC / IRON COUNTY –The Michigan Department of Health reporting 1400 COVID 19 cases in Gogebic County an increase of 6 since yesterday.  Ontonagon County with 548 cases an increase of 12 since yesterday.  The Wisconsin Department of Health reports 722 cases in Iron County an increase of 7 since yesterday. Health officials in Michigan report 7,856 newly confirmed cases of COVID-19 Saturday – Monday, with 56 newly reported deaths.  68.5% of Michigan residents age 16 and older have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine as of October 22.  The Wisconsin Department of Health Services reports 814 new cases of COVID-19 on Monday, with 3 new deaths.  57.6% of the total population has received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine as of October 25. 54.9% of eligible residents have completed the vaccination series.
