Local and Regional COVID numbers

GOGEBIC / IRON COUNTY –The Michigan Department of Health reporting 1205 COVID 19 cases in Gogebic County.  An increase of 10 from yesterday.  Ontonagon County with 488 cases an increase of 3 from yesterday.  The Wisconsin Department of Health reports 639 cases in Iron County an increase of 3 since yesterday. Health officials in Michigan report 6,604 newly confirmed cases of COVID-19 for Tuesday and Wednesday, with 62 newly reported deaths.  66.6% of Michigan residents aged 16 and older have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine as of September 14.  The Wisconsin Department of Health Services reports 3,426 new cases of COVID-19 on Wednesday, with 20 new deaths.  55.9% have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine as of September 15. 52.6% of eligible residents have completed the vaccination series.
