WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM CST THIS EVENING for all Northern Wisconsin.
WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 12 NOON CST/ THIS AFTERNOON TO 12 MIDNIGHT CST for all Upper Michigan
A Low pressure moving into the Great Lakes region will spread snow from southwest to northeast across Upper Michigan into the afternoon. Several inches of dense, heavy snow accumulation will be possible. We can expect total snow accumulations of 3 to 6 inches and ice accumulations of up to two tenths of an inch. Winds will gust as high as 35 mph. This winter storm warning is in effect for Douglas, Bayfield, Ashland and Iron Counties. This weather advisory went into effect at 4 am this morning and continues until 10 pm tonight. Slippery road conditions will continue throughout the day making commuting a challenge. Be safe and leave yourself some extra time.
