BESSEMER – Bessemer will continue to work virtually through Wednesday, October 21st. The Bessemer Area School District went to a virtual format on Friday for all grades, as a precautionary measure, after three adults associated with a sports program at A.D. Johnston Junior-Senior High School were diagnosed with COVID-19. Contact tracing resulted in the quarantining of 18 to 20 Bessemer students as a precautionary measure with the guidance of the health department.
