Hurley School expansion project goes to Angelo Luppino Inc

HURLEY – The Hurley School Board yesterday morning and reviewed sealed bids for the Hurley school expansion project from Angelo Luppino Inc. and Nasi Construction and the winning bid and the project goes to Angelo Luppino Inc. with a bid of just over $1,2 million for the project just over 13,071 lower than Nasi Construction bid. The construction projects will expansion the Northwoods Manufacturing facilities in the Hurley school building. The Northwood Manufacturing program is a collaboration between the Hurley school and local businesses to teach students the technical skills of working with wood and metals. Construction could begin as soon as this spring.
